Ana has been practicing yoga for a number of years, attending different classes, workshops, retreats and trainings. Her practice started with ashtanga but slowly evolved and she now mostly practices Integrative yoga.
She has attended and completed two Teacher Training Courses at Yogshakti and hence is a qualified RYT200 teacher. She teaches groups and private classes. In order to build strength, lightness, connection between body and mind and eventually stillness, the focus of her classes is on the breath, freedom of the spine/joints and adjustments.
