Angela is an experienced yoga practitioner who completed her yoga teacher training while she was pregnant with twins. Angela practiced various styles of yoga and Pilates throughout each of her pregnancies, however she is convinced that the daily practice of Integrative yoga made all the difference to her most recent pregnancy, birth and postnatal recovery.
Angela is passionate about creating a safe place for students to connect to their breath through their body. Her classes focus on mediation and movement, with a strong emphasis on deep listening to the individual needs of our bodies.
Angela is certified (RYT200) by Yogshakti to teach Integrative Yoga and specializes in prenatal yoga.
