Pheonix discovered yoga while at college in 2007. She soon found out it was the key to relaxation in her busy lifestyle. She discovered that her practice of yoga brought about more than just physical changes. Combining yoga with meditation she found a profound connection between mind and body that was strengthened through practice. She decided to share what she had learned and enrich the lives of others, so she took up a teacher training course and studied under the late Vincent Tam.
Pheonix specialised in teaching Flow Yoga, in which she emphasises alignment so you gain all the benefits without sustaining injury. Phoenix believes that sharing the mindfulness brought through the practice of yoga will not only enrich the lives of others but also expand her own understanding and spiritual growth.
