For me Yoga began several years ago as a form of relaxation with exercise. I have problems with my back so needed something that could keep me fit whilst minimizing the discomfort. Since I finished the integrative yoga Teacher Training Course, I found the deeper understanding has slowly changed the way I breathe, the way I stand, the way I walk! And, made me enjoy yoga even more every time I practice! Over time my involvement has grown tremendously and I have also brought my willing daughter into my journey. Now I believe my greater insight into yoga allows me the confidence to share with others.
