Breathe Well and Enhance your Life

Breathing right is the key to good health on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Our breath affects all aspects of our life from stilling the mind to sleep and digestion and elimination.

In early December we will offer a Series of 3 Workshops:

1) Sleep Well

You will learn:
• Breathing techniques to sleep soundly
• Asana Routines as a prelude to sleep to enable sound deep sleep
• Diet and lifestyle principles to promote sound sleep

Date: Monday 2nd December 2019
Time: 5pm to 8pm

2) Digest & Eliminate Well

You will learn:
• Breathing Techniques for Digestion & Elimination
• Asana Routines for Digestion & Elimination
• Diet & Lifestyle for Digestion & Elimination

Date: Tuesday 3rd December 2019
Time: 5pm to 8pm

3) Meditate Well

You will learn:
• Breathing Techniques to calm and still the mind
• Asana Routine combined with breath work as a prelude to seated meditation
• Learning how to sit and begin a daily self- practice in meditation.

Date: Wednesday 4th December 2019
Time: 5pm to 8pm
