Spend just 20 minutes each morning and make Yogic Kriyas and Core strengthening a part of your daily routine.

Kriyas are internal cleansing techniques which help to:

• Alleviate respiratory ailments

• Strengthen the Immune system
• Oxygenate and Energize the body
• Improve Circulation and Metabolism
• Accelerate the Breakdown of Fats
• Reduce the urge for ‘sugar’ and ‘junk’ food
• Activate the Solar plexus/Manipura Chakra

In this workshop you will learn:

Inner and Outer Yogic cleansing practices such as: Akunchana Prasarana, Uddiyana Bandha, Agni Sara, Nauli, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, Nadi Shodhana, Jala Neti, Sutra Neti, These kriyas will be integrated into Core Strength routines to make for a short, energizing 20 minute practice.
The mornings being the most conducive time for detoxification, our practice routines will set you up for- greater energy, calmness, clarity and positive energy.
