Asako is a certified yoga teacher for RYT500 and 65hr Yin Yoga. She offers Sound Yin with crystal bowls, yoga for scoliosis, mindfulness classes for private and corporate students. She also teaches online worldwide. In her classes, she works on the energy body in order for the Chi to flow unobstructed throughout the body. Asako is also a Reiki Master.
