Backbends are some of the most therapeutic postures of the physical yoga practice. But it takes focus, patience and strength to move the body into the most gentle backbend. These classes will take you gradually into deeper backbends over time through finding freedom, strength and awareness of the body. You will feel energized and invigorated by the end of the class.
