This class takes you through the fundamentals of a yoga practice, that include pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (the poses and its alignment) and being mindful to help build a well-rounded practice on and off the mat.
This is a well-paced class that allows time to develop self-awareness, as well as body awareness to slowly build & refine one’s yoga practice. You will learn the advantages and the various methods of using yoga props to assist in supporting, extending, deepening, aligning and/or to open up areas of the body suited to your body type when required during any yoga practice.
Open to all, specially suited for beginners, expectant mothers or during injury recovery.
