Sivananda hatha, hatha flow
Yoga has been an important part of Helen’s life for over 12 years. In 2013 she completed her teacher training in the Sivananda school of hatha yoga in Tamil Nadu and she goes back to India each year for additional studies. In 2015 she also completed a Sivananda sadhana intensive course on breathing (pranayam) in the Himalaya. Helen’s classes incorporate many of the classic hatha postures while paying close attention to the breath. Helen believes everyone can benefit from yoga and aims to lead classes that are accessible to all students and suitable for all levels of practice. Her classes will leave your body feeling stretched, more open and relaxed and your mind a little quieter.
