Pranayama vinyasa is a practice open to all students who seek to explore how energy flow enhances the asana with a still mind. The practice will connect the body and mind through integration of traditional yogic breath, qigong, 8spinal movement, kriyas and meditation. Ultimately reaching the attainment of the stillness of mind.
