Yin Yoga

Vivienne is a product of 15 years of formal ballet training after which yoga seemed a natural progression for her. She has been a practitioner of the different schools such as Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow since 1999. Having attended classes, retreats and Teacher Training sessions under the renowned Yin master Sarah Powers, her one-and-a-half hour classes synthesise Yin poses with meditation and breathing techniques, with an overall theme of mindfulness training.

Currently a volunteer with two women’s rights based non-profit organisations, she constantly attempts to integrate her varied life experiences and graduate studies in the field of Psychology with her practice and teachings.
