What our students say…
Participated in Yogshakti’s 14-day Yoga – January 2019
Now I feel calmer and lighter
I never really knew what to expect when I signed up for Yogshakti’s 14-day Yoga Challenge in January 2019. But I knew I wanted to relieve neck and shoulder tension.
Miraculously with Shilpa’s guidance and her amazing techniques, the shoulder muscles relaxation exercises bring peace to my entire being. Having learned the right breathing method during the course, I am beginning to breathe correctly. Now I feel calmer and lighter. I am blessed to be able to learn from Shilpa, and thankful for her assurance and encouragement throughout the course
