Laughter Yoga & Toning

Laughter yoga is clinically proven to reduce stress and improve physical well-being. There are no difficult poses and no high expectations. It is all about playing like a child again, and learning to be free.

Anyone can laugh when times are good… Laughter Yoga teaches us how to laugh unconditionally, even when times are tough! It provides strength in adversity; a coping mechanism that helps us keep a positive attitude, regardless of our circumstances.

Join us for this mini workshop where Chandanna will be accompanied by Malik Prakash who will play flute for the relaxation.
Imagine entering into a state of trance bliss – your heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, brainwaves and stress hormones decrease, allowing the body to heal both physically and emotionally. Doorways to higher states of consciousness open where you can receive insight and inspiration from your Higher Self.

Born in South Africa, Chandanna started practicing Meditation and Yoga at the age of 19, with the Sivananda School of Yoga and later with her life-long mentor, Yogacharya Rollo Goldfoot. She is dedicated to Mindful Living through Advaita.
