Anyone can laugh when times are good… Laughter Yoga teaches us how to laugh unconditionally, even when times are tough! It provides strength in adversity; a coping mechanism that helps us keep a positive attitude, regardless of our circumstances.

Born in South Africa, Chandanna started practicing Meditation and Yoga at the age of 19, with the Sivananda School of Yoga and later with her life-long mentor, Yogacharya Rollo Goldfoot. She is dedicated to Mindful Living through Advaita.
