Ying Ying started her yoga journey in Asthanga practise followed by Hatha Yoga and Pranayama. 14 years of dedicated practise has lead her to understand yoga is all about unity of body, mind and soul. The practise eventually leading individual to stillness of mind in achieving peace and harmony within yourself. Now she is devoted to share her meditative vinyasa with yogic breath and qigong with the keen. Ying Ying is a certified 500 hours yoga teacher in Yogshakti.
