Yogshakti would like to invite all of you to a special talk this coming Saturday, “Yoga for Men, by Men” with Loïc and Stéphane. This talk is the first of its kind to be held in our centre. It is free of charge, and it is open to both men and women.
Please feel free to share this invite to anyone who is keen on learning a holistic approach to improve his or her quality of life, as well as enhancing the clarity of the mind. This insightful talk is also highly suitable to anyone who has great interest in physical activities, and/or has been seeking for ways to overcome chronic stress.

After 20 years in the pharma industry, I realised that neither my career nor my business was really answering my personal and health needs. It took me some time to shift my mind and really get into well-being and self-realization. Yoga practice with Shilpa has been the tipping point and the anchor of an interesting journey exploring the many dimensions of life. Yoga more than anything else has given me the strength, the clarity, the guidance I needed to feel and enjoy life.
Having completed this year the 200 hr Teacher Training and several 21 Day Course of Integrative Yoga, I understand that it is time for me to share and help others find their own balance.
I am very happy to share my practical experience combined with the Integrative Yoga techniques to anyone looking for something more in life. I am starting a “Yoga for Men” class in January 2019 in Yogshakti.
I am a Transformational Coach, a Wellness Subject Matter Expert and a Long Distance Passionate Runner (certified Holistic Health Coach & Ultra-trail winner). Coming from the corporate world, I have a deep understanding of the many challenges one faces in everyday life. My purpose is to guide people redesigning their lifestyle to get healthier, fitter, more productive at work and ultimately happier!
I do that through a unique holistic approach (and personalized depending of the needs), combining and interrelating running, mindfulness and nutrition. Throughout the various programs, my clients develop and reinforce high performance and healthy habits and routines that stick to their life. I do both in-person/group coaching in Kuala Lumpur and virtual coaching globally.
