It is a unique style of yoga which cultivate mindfulness, and move with ease & lightness, effortless, fluidity which is accessible for all ages / level of practitioners. The practice & philosophy also bring me joy, peace and bliss. I have personally experienced great changes in life – both psychological and physiological which motivates me to share the practices.
With Yogshakti I learn to feel the yoga, letting it come to me, learned to be present in the moment right now, not the future, not the pass. I learned to practice with ease, self love and lightness and letting the movement become a meditation. Leaving all expectations behind and just be.
Shilpa is a great and patience teacher whom willing to share with us all her knowledge and wisdom. Through the Integrative course trained by Shilpa i have improved overall skill in Asana, Pranayama, Kriyas, Qi Gong, Meditation, Yin Yoga and 8spinal movement.

This place is not just breathtaking, the class was fantastic. Exactly what I needed to recover post-op. I’m not a beginner yogi, so if I were to sign up for beginner classes just to accommodate my recovery phase feels a little off. Found this class on classpass and came – there’s depth and very natural flow. Something in my soul shifted too, almost feels like an emotional outburst was going to come. The presence of this place is truly spiritual. It’s not just an ordinary yoga studio.

I’ve practiced all around the world and this is one of the most authentic and beautiful places I’ve come across. Shilpa and her team provide excellent classes targeted to the needs of modern life. Great energy too! Every time I went there during my short visit to KL I felt recharged and energized. Highly recommend if you are looking for real yoga 🤍
I attended a class at Yogshakti for the first time today and I absolutely love this studio. It is a beautiful and serene oasis. Perfect space for yoga. Great energy and almost like a mini Bali in Bangsar. Thank you for this space and I look forward to attending more classes at Yogshakti 🙏
The 21 days training has been amazing for me. It helps to improve my slouching significantly as well as my flexibility. The breath work, meditation and philosophical teaching has make a lot of different to my yoga practice where I learned how yoga is about lightness and what kind of mindset should we possess when we practice yoga.

And I enjoy the 8 spinal movement, definitely a good daily warm up even after I finished the trainings. Highly recommend y’all to join as I think it’s really important to understand more about yoga itself first than just purely focus on crazy strong pose that we force ourselves to do it.

I already practiced Yoga in other places, but was surprised and amazed by yoga the way is taught at Yogshakti, it is a holistic and integrative approach that covers all. Classes at Yogshakti are not only intense but also fun and the camaraderie amongst the students is truly amazing. It has been excellent for extending my knowledge and practise of yoga. I started classes at Yogshakti 10 months ago. I’m amazed at how much my weak body has been transformed. These last 2 months have been the most precious in my life. It was the deepest yoga training I have ever had. I had heard that one could heal illness and injury through yoga and it was certainly true for me! I have regained my vigour. At the beginning of the course, I did not imagine that I could do the shoulder stand for 15 minutes or the wheel pose and the forearm stand. Last but not least, I never imagined I could stand on my yoga mat and practise every single day in the early morning.
