40 Min + 20 Min A Day Yoga
A daily one-hour practice with Shilpa for 21 days, including 40 minutes of Sun Salutation Vinyasa with Kriyas and 20 minutes of breathing exercises and meditation, can lead to significant physical and mental benefits. The Sun Salutation Vinyasa helps improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while the Kriyas cleanse the body and energize the mind.
