Yoga Sculpt

Breath Centered Vinyasa & Yoga Nidra

Pranayama Vinyasa
Prana, the vital life force, flows within us, sustaining life. Pranayama, a yogic breath practice, calms the mind, harmonizing breath, movement, and meditation for deeper body-mind connection and stillness.
Qi Gong for Healing
Qigong for healing includes practices to awaken and enhance the body-mind’s natural healing ability, such as neigong movements, medical Qigong, and mental principles for tension release and energy circulation.
Core & Inversions
These classes focus on arm balances and inversions, teaching technique, anatomy, and breathwork to build core strength, body intelligence, and confidence for safely practicing balanced and upside-down poses.
Journey to Splits & Backbends
The splits, both front and side, challenge flexibility and strength, targeting thighs, hips, groins, and hamstrings. Practice safely to unlock spine mobility, backbends, and a sense of freedom.
Core and Upper Body Strength
Introducing a strength class addressing common yogi weaknesses, focusing on upper body strength. Blending calisthenics with yoga, it tones the core and upper body using dynamic bodyweight movements.
Cancellation Policy

We recognize that plans may change and understand the need for flexibility. Cancellations are permitted up to 8 hours before the scheduled start of a class to receive a credit.

  • For reservations made using a pre-paid class package or a usage-limited subscription, the class will automatically be returned to your package.
  • For all other bookings, a credit will be issued to your account for future use.
