21-day Chakra Awakening Course
Chakras are the “lungs” of the subtle energy body that contain vital information affecting us on: Physical, Psychological, Emotional and Spiritual levels. Our habit patterns, thoughts, emotions, physical and spiritual well-being are determined by the programming contained in these energy centres. The experience of well-being on all levels, spiritual awakening and manifesting our needs in the material world all depend on how open and balanced these chakras are.

An Exploration into Pathways of Silence
This course is designed to explore methods for cultivating inner silence. We will use Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation as practices to support this process. Each of these techniques serves as a pathway to develop a deeper connection with stillness, enabling a greater sense of calm and clarity. 40 Min + 20 Min A Day Yoga
A daily one-hour practice with Shilpa for 21 days, including 40 minutes of Sun Salutation Vinyasa with Kriyas and 20 minutes of breathing exercises and meditation, can lead to significant physical and mental benefits. The Sun Salutation Vinyasa helps improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while the Kriyas cleanse the body and energize the mind. Complementing this, the breathing exercises and meditation promote relaxation, increase focus, and reduce stress levels. This holistic practice is designed to align the body, mind, and soul, fostering a state of overall well-being and cultivating habits that can enhance your daily life.
