A Daily One Hour Practice with Shilpa for 21 Days (40 mins of Sun salutation Vinyasa with Kriyas and 20 mins of Breathing and Meditation)
In our online 21 Day Course we will practice a wonderful 40 mins Surya Namaskar Vinyasa that consists of all the vital aspects of asana practice such as hip opening, core strength, upper body strength, arm balances, inversions, back bends and twists. Interspersed with Kriyas to make for an ideal morning practice
This will be followed by 20 mins of Breathing/Pranayama and Meditation to leave you still, refreshed, energized and balanced to take on the day.
Each day we will practice the same Surya Namaskar vinyasa till you master it! After all, the aim of the 21 day course is for you to make Yoga a daily practice and a way of life! This course is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
