Laughter yoga is clinically proven to reduce stress and improve physical well-being. There are no difficult poses and no high expectations. It is all about playing like a child again, and learning to be free.
A sound bath is a sound vibrational massage and exercise for every cell and organ in your body to promote health. Come on a 45 minute sound journye with Anne Huxtable and her beautiful singing bowls, chimes, xylophone and voice to resonate your whole body into wellness. The sounds will lead you into blissful states of relaxation. Participants lie down on a mat while healing sounds are played and sung around them.
Imagine entering into a state of trance bliss – your heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, brainwaves and stress hormones decrease, allowing the body to heal both physically and emotionally. Doorways to open states of consciousness open where you can receive insight and inspiration from your Higher Self.

ABOUT ANNE
