A gentle Hatha Yoga practice combined with Restorative Yoga.
Move in a slow, steady way, with awareness of how YOUR body works. In the Restorative Yoga postures, we apply props to establish a supportive environemnt and enable deep relaxatation. This is particularly useful for those who suffer from fatigue or stress or who are recovering from illness or injury.
If you experience difficulties in keeping pace with a regular yoga class or simply want a slower paced practice, this class is for you. This class is also a gentle introduction for those who are new to Yoga.
