Meditation is the art of stilling the mind. Restoring the mind back to its true nature that is stillness & silence. Attaining a state of deep inner rest in which there is relaxation of all effort. When you meditate, you clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress. This course covers the following 4 components with aim to enable you to establish and maintain a daily self practice:

3) The art of breathing
4) The art of deep relaxation
5) Different meditation techniques, including walking meditation
