Immerse yourself in Yoga,Kriyas Breathing, Meditation & Deep Relaxation on Saturday, 29th April 2017

Led by Shilpa this 1 day immersion will involve:

Integrative Yoga combines two powerful styles-the *Scaraveli Inspired Yoga (Author of the Book-Awakening the Spine) & Taoist Yin Yoga to offer a comprehensive style that is healing, intelligent, powerful & deeply transformative.

Yogic Kriyas: are cleansing techniques which can be the ideal start to the day! They have powerful detox effects & energize the nervous system.

Meditation: You will experience the magic of inner silence & stillness that results from just being. To BE is to relax totally both internally & externally & to let go of all effort. We will prepare the body through the kriyas and breathing exercises to go into deep inner silence!

Yoga Satsang: Satsang means “In the company of truth” Yoga is not just asana, but involves philosophy that is deep & life changing.

Health & healing Foods. Looking to turn Vegan or Vegetarian? You will learn how to transition into a diet that is conducive to the body & mind.

Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep. In Meditation, you remain in the Waking state of consciousness, and gently focus the mind, while allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and dissolve by watching them. While Yoga Nidra is a state that is very relaxing, it is also used by Yogis to purify the Samskaras,the deep impressions that are the driving force behind Karma. This state of deep psychic relaxation can induce: Healing, Awaken Intuition/Inner knowing; Creativity, Problem solving &gaining deep insights.

Healthful Vegetarian/Vegan Meals will be home cooked by us especially for the retreat!
